Two words best describe UNSOUNDMIND: Melodic Hardcore! An old school sound with a new fueled attitude. Deep within it's
roots it combines intellect with emotion, and intensity with focus, forging a definitely unique sound. Formed in '95 in
Salt Lake City, Ut. Founding members Gabriel Edgar, Darren Mancino and Michael Maestas have stayed true to their vision.
Releasing "Time Will Pass" in '97. distributing 1600 copies through the midwest and west coast.
Growing along side one another in the same scene, the addition of Travis Jiron and Jeremy Sundeaus to UNSOUNDMIND
now brings a force to be reckoned with. With the release of the EP -Thicker Than Blood- in May of 2004 UNSOUNDMIND has set a
precedent unrivaled in Utah. Their new sound merges from slow melody straight into brutality. Ever prevalent in things to
come their plan is to go back in the studio and release a new full length CD. Until then...
